If you’re planning on shipping the batteries by mail or commercial carrier, you may need specific markings based on their chemistry, condition, quantity, packaging configuration, and transportation method. The correct label helps carriers identify the contents and handle the package appropriately.

Applying a label alone does not make a shipment compliant. Packaging, terminal protection, documentation, carrier approval, and transportation requirements may also apply.
