Our Electronics Recycling
Process

Below is our detailed explanation of how our process works.

The EACR Inc. Process

The EACR Electronics Recycling Process is built to give businesses, institutions, and organizations a secure, sustainable, and cost-effective way to dispose of end-of-life IT equipment. Every step reflects our commitment to environmental responsibility, data security, and flexible service, designed to meet the needs of modern enterprises.

Once you submit a request, our experienced team will send you a proposal to recycle your material. Whether it’s a single office cleanout or a large-scale campus collection, we make the process effortless and transparent. We accept anything with a plug, in any condition, and blend seamlessly into corporate, academic, or industrial environments.

EACR INC. handles all logistics, from scheduled business pickups to on-demand requests. We provide safe and compliant transportation for your electronics, including those containing sensitive data.

Sensitive devices are securely transported to our facility, where experienced technicians perform a DoD 5220.22-M 3 pass wipe to ensure data is completely destroyed. Our DoD 5220.22-M wipe rewrites the sectors on a hard drive with random 1s, 0s, and random characters rendering the data completely destroyed. If our verification of the hard drive fails, then we physically destroy the hard drive. Your data is protected every step of the way, and Certificates of Recycling are provided for your records.

Every pickup comes with a certificate of recycling that shows the overall weight of material collected and recycled. Need detailed asset tracking or serialized reports? We customize documentation based on your compliance needs, helping you stay organized and audit-ready with full reporting support.

All equipment is processed at one of our approved facilities. Material is repurposed, reused, or properly recycled, always with a zero-landfill policy. Our goal is to maximize value recovery while minimizing environmental impact.
